    Been in the hospital

    Hey Guys!!

       So I fell off my diet. right after I started my diet I had to go to the emergency room for a blood clot. I have been in the hospital and laying on my couch in pain. So sorry about the break in time. I havent followed the diet at all in the past couple days because its the last thing I am thinking about. No worries tho... starts again tomorrow!! Sorry guys. I'll be back tomorrow though!!

    DAY #1- Here We Go!

        

    Journal Entry # 1- Here we Go…


    Oddly, I was surprised I think. I thought I weighed a bit more than 185. So I guess thats a good thing! But The journey continues.... I will update in a few.

    Height: 5'8.5" (in case you were curious)

    Current Weight: 185- I haven't weighed myself in two years

    Pounds Lost: None so far haha

    Exercise Log: Nothing Yet

    Food Log:

    12pm- 1cup of large strawberries (48.64 calories) -Small Meal #1

    Glasses of water: 1 so far, more to come

    Starting a Diet

    Hey everyone!

     This is my diet journal I am starting today and I am going to update and hopefully try to help inspire others to lose weight. I hope to be able to lose a total of 50 pounds. I don't really have a goal as far as a time limit. I guess more than anything I want to feel good about wearing shorts or a swim suit this summer. I have decided to try my own version of the 3 hour diet. I am going to eat small meals every 3 hours consisting of foods rich in fiber, protein (tofu and fish), vegetables, beans, raw nuts and seeds. I am going to eliminate dairy, salt, sugar and flour. We will see how this works. It may be too extreme but I am willing to try it.

        Exercise is a huge part of my plan. I will be doing a variation of jogging, dance, zumba, yoga and the firm. I am not sure exactly how much a day but everyday I will log what I consumed and how much I exercised.
       
         Everyday I will check back with you and let you know how its going. I am going to weigh in tomorrow and start this whole journal and let you know how things are going. If anyone wants to leave comments they are accepted! Encouragement is always helpful. Motivation is often where I fall short.
